It was a long drawn out affair, wasn’t it but then we must acknowledge these are unusual times. When we first put 78 Greenbank Drive up for sale we had a profile of our target markets, such as people downsizing from acreage properties. Unfortunately, they seemed to be among the first casualties when the market started to fall.
So, when it looked as if our initial marketing approach was stalling, you provided us with that much needed reality check and your interviewing skills with the people who came through on open houses were invaluable to enable us to reposition our property. And when the purchasers made their initial offer we needed all your persistence and attention to detail to get the deal across the line. And for that we are very grateful.
I am sure that anybody considering selling their home in the current economic environment really will benefit from your experience, skills and strong personality. They are going to have to battle against other homes on the market and you can bring them the necessary competitive edge.

I am not the easiest purchaser to deal with and I know it was not always easy to gain inspections and control a great dane at the property.
